With many Internet companies it is usually only the dissatisfied customers who put "pen to paper". Future Shop is a happy exception to this rule receiving a constant flow of positive feedback from customers.

15 October 2021Just a short note to say a huge thanks for your personal input & collaboration with Isol-8 (specifically Nic Poulson) to sort out my mains cables. The order arrived yesterday (DPD are a brilliant carrier; they give you real-time updates on delivery) and as an added bonus, they turned up whilst my wife was in the back of the house cooking dinner, so I didn’t even have to have that awkward conversation of,” What have got there?…” Cables were swiftly & surreptitiously installed & the system left to warm up. Everything seems great. It never ceases to amaze me what extra can be dragged out of a vinyl groove/ CD track- to hear new instruments you didn’t know where there is always a delight. 27 July 2021I received the QED Audio cable reference 6m subwoofer today at 13:15! Faster is impossible. Excellent service. I'm going to plug the cable into my system and audition carefully. Afterwards I'll tell you my opinion about QED cable, but Fututeshop's service is excellent. Congratulations. Continue like this, it's the right path. Best regards

8 April 2021Excellent customer service and in fact, next day or day later delivery. Thank you Futureshop and thank you iFi products. I never want to be a Hi-Fi journalist or writer because, be warned, when music gets to sound this good, it becomes like crack or fentanyl and you just cannot get enough. When would you have time to pick up a pen.
17 February 2021Hello Gary, I will be giving my review on Future shop but I just wanted to say a big personal thank you for recommending the Atlas and PS Audio Power cables and the Atlas extender. They have truly transformed my system beyond anything I could have hoped or wished for, it is truly amazing that power cables can make such a difference. So much so, I will be soon ordering two more Atlas EOS 4DD cables for my powered speakers. Kind regards, Darren.

8 February 2021After some time enjoying the cables you recommended, I would like to thank you for your advice. The good quality of the cable together with the bi-wire configuration achieves a clearly audible improvement.
